Working with QaaS
What browsers are supported?
Quality as a Service works with all (recent) available browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
What internet connection is required?
To work with Quality as a Service in a good way there are no specific requirements relating to your and your end users' Internet connection.
How do I get a QaaS Partner ID?
You receive a Partner QaaS ID of one of our partners before you start the sign up process. When you are not working with a partner you will receive a QaaS Partner ID from CeneSam.
How can I pay the subscription?
All information provided by you is recorded in QaaS is (technically) stored in data centers located in Rotterdam (Netherlands, Europe)
When can I start?
You can start with QaaS (free) after you have completed the sign up screen data. If you do not have a QaaS Partner ID we invite you to contact CeneSam. At that time you will receive an ID by phone or email.
My subscription
What is the length of a subscription?
You can subscribe for 1 (free), 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. QaaS keeps you informed when your subscription is terminated and / or should be extended.
Can I change my subscription?
In principle it is not possible to modify your subscription. If you want to switch before the expiry of the subscription period to a higher or lower subscription, this depends on some Quality as a Service components. If you want to change we invite you to contact one of our staff to discuss your requirements.
What do I subscribe?
A subscription includes support desk, updates and new releases. On the subscription page and in the document "Subscription Overview" you will see the differences between the five subscriptions.
What does the Fair Use Policy do?
The Fair Use Policy means that the subscrioptions offered no fixed data limit is used. In its place, we look at the average use of the various components. This should be reasonable and fair and proportionate to the purpose and use of the software. As long as there is no nuisance by your use to create other users the limit is not exceeded.
Which additional costs should I expect?
You only pay the specified monthly amount for the selected period. In addition to these costs for the use of QaaS no other costs should be taken into account.
My QaaS environment
What courses are recommended?
To be able to work with Quality as a Service there is no need for a training course. You can start immediately! If you wish to receive additional remote on / or on-site assistance, it is always possible to schedule an appointment.
When is consultancy advised?
You will notice that Quality as a Service can completely independently be set up. However, there may be situations where (remote) assistance is required. This could for example include the provision of advice if you want to use Quality as a Service to organizational changes and / or process optimization simultaneously take effect.
Where are my data?
The information stored in Quality as a Service is located physically on servers in a secure hosting center. The hosting center is located in Delft (Netherlands, Europe). More information about this topic, see the document "White Paper - Security and Change Management".
Can I make a backup?
CeneSam ensures that daily / weekly backup is made of your information. This saves you time because you do not need to back-up data. You also have the opportunity to download all Quality as a Service data in a universal format (eg Excel) you always have an offline copy at your disposal.
How will be communicated to me?
CeneSam uses Twitter to keep you continue informed on the latest developments. The public QaaS calendar and news system is used to communicate public announcements such as scheduled maintenance. Finally, you will receive the monthly newsletter as well as a summary of the above as commercial announcements.
